Arc Beach is a private, powder-soft stretch of sand from the Caicos Bank, offering a secluded setting for guests. Also available are three additional beach experiences at South Bank Resort: Long Bay Beach, Lagoon Beach and Lagoon Islands Beach. Pool and beach services, including lunch service between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, are available throughout the day.
Waterfront living is at the heart of the South Bank experience. Located on the shores of Long Bay in Turks and Caicos, every accommodation at South Bank enjoys a waterfront setting, with direct access to the water and a variety of ways to experience life on and around it.
Guests can swim, kayak, and paddleboard in the calm waters of the lagoon, while four distinct beach experiences offer something for everyone: Long Bay Beach, Lagoon Beach, Lagoon Islands Beach and Arc Beach.
Each neighborhood offers its own unique connection to the water. Arc by Piero Lissoni features oceanfront Sky Villas overlooking the Caicos Bank, each with a private pool, hot tub, or both. The Boathouses overlook South Bank Marina, where private docks and regular sea turtle sightings create a true waterfront lifestyle. Lagoon Villas open directly onto Lagoon Beach, while Ocean Estates enjoy a privileged position along the white sands of Long Bay Beach.
For guests arriving by boat or wishing to explore the islands by water, South Bank Marina is located within the resort, with docking arrangements available through the resort team.
What are the neighborhoods at South Bank?
At South Bank Resort, each accommodation type is its own neighborhood. Ocean Estates, Lagoon Villas, and Boathouses are distinct communities within the wider resort, each offering a unique waterfront experience. Arc is the newest neighborhood to be completed.
Is the pool open to all guests?
Arc features two swimming pools. The Arc pool is reserved exclusively for Arc guests. South Bank Resort guests have access to the South Bank pool at Arc, which offers full pool and beach service. The Boathouse pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the Boathouse accommodations.
Can I book the sunset cabanas and pool day beds at Arc?
Yes. Sunset cabanas and pool day beds are available for an additional charge and include full pool and beach services.
Is the Arc restaurant open for breakfast?
Arc Beach Grill serves lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and Sora offers a 12-course Omakase dining experience with 5:30pm and 8:00pm seatings. Dinner reservations are required, as seating is limited to 22 guests. Complimentary breakfast is served at Lua Beach House.
Can a private chef be arranged in-villa?
Yes. Private dining can be arranged in-villa through your butler or the front desk. This experience can also be arranged at alternative locations, including the spa deck or Lagoon Beach. A personal chef will prepare a meal tailored to your preferences. This service is not available for Arc Studio and 1-Bedroom accommodations.
Does my villa include a butler?
Most Arc accommodations have access to a dedicated butler, except for studio suites and 1-Bedroom accommodations. All Lagoon Villas and Ocean Estates guests also have access to a butler.
What water amenities come with my Sky Villa?
All 2-Bedroom Sky Villas feature a private jacuzzi. 3-Bedroom villas include a private pool. Select Sky Villas offer both a pool and a jacuzzi. The 5-Bedroom Sky Villa Penthouse features one pool and two jacuzzis.
Does my villa include a kitchen?
All Sky Villas are equipped with both indoor and outdoor kitchens, with the exception of Arc Studio and Arc Oceanfront 1-Bedrooms.
Does my villa have outdoor living space?
All Sky Villas come with an outdoor living and dining space.
What housekeeping services are included?
Daily housekeeping is provided, with turndown service each evening.
Can guests swim in the lagoon?
Yes. The lagoon is safe for swimming and is the first ocean swimming lagoon in Turks and Caicos. Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards can also be booked from the Lagoon Islands.
Can you arrive at South Bank by boat?
Yes. Sky Villas do not come with a private dock; however, South Bank Marina is just steps away, and boat concierge services should be arranged through Pre-Arrivals or Guest Services.
Can I rent bicycles?
Complimentary bicycles are available for adults, subject to availability.
How do guests get around the property?
Most areas across the neighborhoods are easily reached on foot. Complimentary bicycles are available, subject to availability, and golf cart rides can be requested through the front desk or your butler.
How do I reach Guest Services?
Guest Services is available at Arc reception from 7:00am to 11:00pm via WhatsApp or your villa phone.
How far is it from the airport?
South Bank Resort is a 26-minute drive from Howard Hamilton International Airport in Providenciales.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes. An exclusive fitness center is available to Arc guests.
Is there a spa?
The Spa at South Bank is available to all South Bank Resort guests, offering a full range of treatments and wellness experiences. Reservations are recommended.
What sports activities are available?
Guests can enjoy complimentary tennis, yoga and pickleball sessions, as well as access to non-motorized watersports at the lagoon. Private yoga and tennis lessons are available at an additional charge.
What activities are available for children?
South Bank Resort’s Kids Club welcomes young guests ages 4 and up and is open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm, with a break from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, during which all children must be picked up by a parent or guardian. Registration is required before the first visit. Beyond the Kids Club, younger guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary non-motorized watersports or join excursions arranged through the front desk.
