Open for lunch, the menu draws on classic American flavors, from handcrafted burgers to nourishing salads, each paired with an extensive cocktail and zero-proof list. As evening falls, Sora invites guests into one of the most unique and considered dining experiences in the Caribbean. Turks and Caicos’ first Japanese omakase restaurant, Sora, seats just 22 guests across two intimate seatings per evening. There is no menu to choose from: only the chef’s hand, the season’s finest ingredients, and a sequence of 12 delicious courses. Advance reservations are required.
